An architect is a person who plans, designs and oversees the construction of buildings.

Models are useful because, unlike blueprints or plans, they show exactly what the building will look like.

They collect relevant data, analyse such, and make recommendations based on their research and analysis to the local officials regarding the balanced and sustainable development of their urban areas.
