A Hydrotherapist assists patients during hydrotherapy, and exercise in water to assist in recovery, rehabilitation or relaxation. They often work in conjuction with physiotherapists and orthopedic doctors.

Occupational hygienists are responsible for the health and well-being of workforces throughout all industrial manufacturing industries, such as mining, pharmaceuticals, airlines, chemicals etc. Occupational hygienists are responsible for looking after the health and safety of workers in the workplace.

An ultrasound technician works directly with patients and physicians and operates equipment that uses high-frequency soundwaves to take images and scans of the body's internal organs. An ultrasound technician is also known as a diagnostic medical sonographer or as a sonographer.

A registered nurse, or RN, typically monitors patients, administers medications, keeps records, consults with healthcare providers, educates patients and more. They typically do not need to meet the master's degree requirement of a nurse practitioner.

Also known as emergency medical technicians, paramedics provide on-site medical care to patients in the field. They are first responders and arrive at emergency medical scenes to treat individuals who have been involved in vehicle accidents, emergencies, or other crises.
